I · Constraint

The brief

State is scattered across ~90 repos and a dozen services. Checking what is broken or blocking meant opening ten dashboards every morning.

II · Build

The craft

Built a single CLI in TypeScript on Bun that pulls from 10 service APIs, groups everything into CRC / Rocketpark / Personal contexts, and prints only the actionable signal.

III · Proof

What moved after launch

One command replaces a morning of dashboard-hopping. 216 tests. Used daily as the entry point to every work context.
