The brief

Claude Code loads dozens of skills and MCP servers, each eating context budget, with no visibility into which ones actually pay rent.

The build

Built a CLI that parses session data to attribute token cost per skill, MCP, and plugin, then flags trim candidates.

What shipped

Turns an invisible cost into a ranked list. 26 tests. Directly informed cutting unused skills from the setup.
