I · Constraint

The brief

Emerging commerce protocols have no off-the-shelf uptime monitoring. Agencies need to monitor client endpoints without rolling their own infra.

II · Build

The craft

Built UCP validator (10KB engine), store management API, monitoring cron (runs every 5 min), Stripe checkout, and white-label reports. Vercel cron + Stripe automation. All 27 env vars configured.

III · Proof

What moved after launch

Pre-launch. Validator engine + cron + Stripe flow shipped. White-label report templates ready for agency tier. Cron endpoint verified working (200 OK).
