The brief

A healthcare cybersecurity nonprofit needed a structured MSP-readiness assessment with auditable scoring, multi-stakeholder flows, and a maintenance path their internal team could own.

II · Build

The craft

Designed and shipped a 12-phase implementation on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform. Modeled the assessment in Dataverse, built scoring orchestration in Power Automate, delivered the assessor experience as a Power Apps Canvas app, and wired solution packaging for repeatable deploys across environments.

III · Proof

What moved after launch

Live in production. Replaced ad-hoc assessment spreadsheets with a governed, maintainable platform that the internal team now owns and extends.
